HOW TO APPLY

Step 1:  Shake well before use. Apply 1-2 layers of our Power Liner 2-in-1 Eyeliner + Lash Adhesive from the inner to the outer corner of your lash line and let it dry for a few seconds.

Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the extra-tacky eyeliner. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner and outer corner for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.

Can be used on bare eyelids or over eye makeup.

Pro Tips:
- For best results, store the eyeliner tip upside down for optimal ink flow
- Apply Power Liner on the inner and outer corner of lash band for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.

Decent lash adhesive

"I was looking for something to carry with me for touchups (I'm always paranoid ill be out and one lash will start to come off, even though that's never happened to me). Works great as a failsafe; and for really important occasions I've tried this plus lash glue - no way that combo with this brand would come off until you wanted it too. Definitely recommend this, but the normal lash adhesive (same brand) is my favorite go to product for everyday lash application."
