HOW TO APPLY

Step 1:  Shake well before use. Apply 1-2 layers of our Power Liner 2-in-1 Eyeliner + Lash Adhesive from the inner to the outer corner of your lash line and let it dry for a few seconds.

Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the extra-tacky eyeliner. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner and outer corner for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.

Can be used on bare eyelids or over eye makeup.

Pro Tips:
- For best results, store the eyeliner tip upside down for optimal ink flow
- Apply Power Liner on the inner and outer corner of lash band for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.

Can this be use with magnetic lashes?: No, we advise to only use the magnetic liner with the magnetic lashes, as it has magnetic properties to attract the magnetics to stay on your eyes. Adhesives can damage your magnetic lashes.
Do you have to use lashes with this liner or can you just use it on natural lashes?: This eyeliner is a two in one liner and lash adhesive. You can wear it alone, but it is recommended to use it to apply lashes to your eyes.
It states the power liner works with all cotton band lashes. My question is do the lashes you offer have a cotton band?: All Lilly Lashes are made with a black cotton band.
